Items you will need:
- Two blank Notary Oath Forms
- Notary Commission
- Four year Bond for $15,000.00
- A $25.00 check for filing of the Notary
- A $15.00 check for recording the Bond
Please note: We cannot record a Bond after 4:00 p.m.
Plan on arriving before 4:00 p.m. for the paperwork to be completed.
